Evaluating news options

I think I should offer options with clear, concise items. It might be a good idea to include a short news blurb as a default. The guidelines encourage providing value rather than simply asking. I could draft a brief 80-100 word lead in Chinese and suggest tailoring it. My plan is to include a simple introduction, three optional titles, and a note that I can expand upon it if needed, all while keeping it concise and minimizing formatting.
